Outing at Pulau Ubin ! 22 Jan 2010
All 11 4Alpharians ready and prepared for the boat ride to Pulau Ubin ! $2.50....
All wearing covered shoes except for sherman at the top left corner with slippers. Anyway , its good not to scroll down to read the sms Sherman. Haha.
Finally reached Ubin at 9.20am with slight drizzle.
Taking cover at one of the bike rental shop as it started to rain heavily..
Finally rented 11 bikes , $5 each. Taking cover at the National Parks shelter ...........
Then , started to buy poncho and decided to cycle under the rain ! Cool huh ! One for $1.50
Left is a Japanese Soldier , behind are some witches and Harry Potter characters. Haha. Its a totally different feeling to cycle in the rain .........

The two of them behind are using a box of tissues to clean their legs and shoes at almost every stops !

Another rest at a toilet which runs of solar power . This time, most of our shoes and socks are soaked with water and your feet just feels yucks ! Haha.
Know what they are doing ??? They're comparing who have a longer and denser hair . Haha. So bad right !
GohMinLi threw litter into the drain !!! Contrasting citizen behavior =) .
Finally back to the entrance to have lunch at "Ubin First Stop Restaurant". Food prices are quite reasonable .
Weird huh ? Still wearing the rain coat even under shade =).
Adventure starts again from a different path ! This time with the sunny weather and 'drier' path.
Dense canopy . Anyway there are lots of uphills and downhills and some are steep !

All of us then cycled to Celestial resort and take a rest ! Played pool , rest and catch fish and prawns. This are the files on the pool table.
Most of us took off our socks and shoes to dry it under the sun. It feels so much better after that.
Some of us tried catching fish in this pond for at least an hour but caught none ! They're just too smart for our traps.
Its supposed to be Bye and Have a nice day. Haha.
Boat ride back . Paid another $2.50.
As usual we have to 'ying chou' (entertain) MinLi . Haha. *Innocent face*
